hey everyone,
I have a new piece up and am looking for some critiques.

Its a song called "Callow" with a simple drum beat behind it (made on a drum machine) and a bass track finishing up the rhythm. I topped it all off with a wah lead after the feedbacky intro. its a rather long intro but ive grown attatched to it and i feel it works. and comments and critiques are welcome, i will crit back, hopefully within a day or two, (ive been having computer troubles lately.)

"Callow" on my dmusic site

"Callow" on my myspace page

thank you for your time and this site looks promising, i hope i can help get it running

yeah its not currently on my myspace, i uploaded it the worng version of it then deleted it. now im trying to upload the right one but myspace is being evil and wont let me. it is on the dmusic one however, and it will hopefully be back on the myspace as soon as possible. thanks for checking it and the others out everyone. :)

EDIT: for recording i use a free program i got online called audacity. you can just google it and download it and you are good to go. I generaly use a conventional pc microphone to mic up my amp. i have a crate rfx120 amp that i love, (i hate most other crates but this one had the sound i wanted.) i also have an epi les paul classic quilt top, an esp ltd m200fm, a behringer begginer strat knock-off, and an ibanez acoustic. For recording i usualy use the les paul, esp and acoustic. i use a trial version of acoustica beatcraft for the drums i do and for bass i just use the 6th string on my les paul tuned down a bunch. nothin fancy

i use my rp80 too sometimes if i plug straight in, i just can never get the distortion i want from it, but its good for other effects and for clean/chorusy lines
