Member Posts: 36 Group: Members Member #9,020 Joined: November 25, 2008	I've played the violin for years, started when I was 5 or 6, and I played the piano for a few years as well, but I gave up. It's kind of true that all instruments are based around the piano, even though piano was the last to be invented. Learning piano definitely makes theory a whole lot easier... you can see all the scales and everything lined up in front of you.

I also play the saz which is a turkish guitar. Again i play tenor banjo and baritone ukulele. Ive played drums for around 6 years now and guitar for around 12. I started with a classical guitar at a very young age... then moved onto electric and then exploded into a full time music student... and then now..
